Shipping:
We ship orders out within 3-4 business days (not counting weekends or holidays). Once it’s in the mail, you’ll get a tracking number to keep an eye on your gear.

Shipping Method:
We use standard ground shipping. Most packages arrive in about 5–7 business days depending on your location.
Local Pickup:
If you’re nearby and want to skip shipping, we’re happy to arrange local pickup. Just leave a note at checkout or email hurtink815@gmail.com and we’ll coordinate.

Returns & Fixes:
We don’t offer refunds or returns. But if something’s wrong with your order, we’ll fix it. Whether it’s a misprint, damage, or the wrong item, we’ll make it right. Just reach out with your order details and a quick photo if needed.
