1. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in USD. Orders are processed securely, and we accept major payment methods. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
If there’s a problem with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right. Just email us at Hurtink815@gmail.com.
2. Custom Orders
If you’re ordering personalized items (like adding names or ranks), double-check your spelling and details before submitting. We print exactly what’s entered. If you realize there’s a mistake, reach out as soon as possible, we’ll do what we can.
We also take custom requests just use the form directly on the website to inquire HERE. We’ll get right on it asap and make sure everything’s just right.
3. Shipping & Fulfillment
We do our best to process orders within 4 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location and chosen method. Once your package is handed off to the carrier, we’re not responsible for delays or lost items (but again—we will always try to help make it right).
4. Returns & Refunds
We don’t offer refunds or returns. If something’s wrong with your order, reach out and we’ll fix it. That’s the Hurt Ink way.
5. Site Use
Please don’t steal our stuff. All images, designs, and content on this site belong to Hurt Ink. That includes product photos, descriptions, and logos. Don’t reuse them without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
We’re a small, hands-on shop, not a giant corporation. We’re not responsible for any indirect damage, loss of profits, or other wild legal stuff that happens because of using our site or products.
